Position Profile: Organized, detail oriented, and customer service driven are just a few of the qualities that the Office of Research and Library Services is looking for in their next Library and Archival Professional. This position provides professional librarian support to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) via WSDOT’s Resource Agency Liaison Program. Duties include information capture, organization and indexing; record-keeping and citation support; reference and circulation of documents related to Endangered Species Act (ESA) coordination and consultation processes related to the SR520 Program. You will work independently, and as part of a small team, managing technical documents in accordance with established cataloging rules, specific USFWS guidelines and legal requirements. You will maintain content of the bibliographic database for the project and support development of bibliographies using standard formats and templates.
